Renters Warehouse Arizona is looking for licensed real estate salespersons who want to specialize in the investor SFR market and generate repeat clients (investors who buy multiple houses over time) and recurring revenue (commissions for leasing properties after acquisition, in perpetuity). This is not the traditional real estate sales approach and is an exciting career opportunity that provides you with very consistent income.

Renters Warehouse will help you generate leads and provide you with business through its marketing and advertising efforts. However, agents are expected, encouraged, and compensated to generate their own business for the company too. No leasing or real estate experience required. We’re willing to train the right candidate, but you are required to have your Arizona Real Estate License. 

Duties:
• Engage and assist investors looking to buy or sell investment grade properties and/or portfolios
• Leverage Renters Warehouse MarketPlace tools to identify market specific trends and high yield properties for asset diversification
• Perform asset analysis and due diligence reporting for investors in need of real time market data
• Conduct face-to-face and phone sales for high-quality tenant placement and monthly property management services
• Perform rental property price analysis for new clients using Renters Warehouse resources and software.
• Schedule and perform property showings
• Customer service related to the property owner and tenants needs prior to and leading up to tenancy: processing background information, lease documents, collecting deposit and first month’s rent, property inspections

Requirements:
• Arizona Real Estate License
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Email, phone, and face-to-face customer service skills and sales skills
• STRONG multi-tasker and time management skills
• Must be proficient with technology--Proficient with online business solutions and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Possess a dependable vehicle
• Possess a smart phone with use of full data and text
• Quick learner, adapts well to and embraces change
• Open, honest, trustworthy, and dependable
• Energetic and positive attitude with high emotional intelligence
• Motivated and driven, goal-oriented
