We opened this office to double our space. We're growing fast and looking for motivated and driven individuals who want to transition into successful licensed real estate agents.
New real estate Agents will work with a team to help them learn and close deals fast, and gain valuable experience that can take years at other firms.
You can expect to earn between $60k-90k in your first year. You can take advantage of our extensive rentals and sales listings' databases that are exclusive and limited to us and earn much more! The office has a fast-paced, fun and a friendly atmosphere.
We make an investment in you and help guarantee your success. New agents will also work with a mentor one-on-one. They will get free leads, exclusive listings, and free advertising. We DO NOT charge desk fees or overhead fees and we provide same-day commissions.
You could either be your own manager or work with a team, in which the team mentor will guide to become a well-rounded Real Estate Agent. We will provide you with on-the-job training and allow you to hit the ground running to earn money the right away!
