Quickbooks Expert - REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst and Bookkeeper who will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and providing valuable insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Quickbooks Online (QBO) and possess a strong analytical mindset.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping via Quickbooks Online:

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online is essential.
  • Accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.

• Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate monthly and quarterly financial models.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Develop and maintain P&L and cash flow budgets.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budget.

• Collaboration with Tax Accountants:

  • Coordinate with tax accountants, providing necessary financial information and documentation for tax preparation.

• Liaison with External Lenders:

  • Work with external lenders to ensure covenant compliance and provide requested financial information.

• Ad-Hoc Analyses:

  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making

    Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online.
• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with external partners.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
