Qualifications and Skills
- Ability and experience in studying the composition and properties of materials used in the development of hair color and other hair care products.
- Constant attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills to be able to develop a full experiment from background research, hypothesis, experimental procedure, interpretation of the results, and effective reporting of the conclusion.
- Aptitude for keeping documentation of entire research and development process and procedure. i.e.: measurement proportions, noting reactions, combining substances in search of new information or answers to new problems.
- Skilled in basic sciences and an emphasis in biochemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry or physical chemistry
