QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Test new product features and bug fixes in the functional areas of our exchange platform.
• Perform validation and exploratory development test coverage necessary to ensure the operation and correctness of new product features as well as overall system behavior (i.e. regression testing).
• Plan and execute test cases based on input from product managers and developers.
• Execute various phase of functional and nonfunctional testing to certify the quality of new software releases.
• Log, track, and assign bugs in a bug database, and follow up to ensure that issues are reviewed and addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure documentation and full traceback of any issue.
• Confirm functionality across multiple devices (iOS, Android)
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to further build out/improve QA pipeline.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance.
• Comprehensive understanding of QA processes and have experience with agile/scrum practices.
• Strong quality sense and experience working closely with mobile development teams on native mobile applications.
• Able to create and execute test plans and test cases to verify new and existing (regression) software functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Interest and knowledge in the crypto industry.
• Familiarity with bug reporting systems like Jira
• Familiarity with test case management software like TestRail
