We are a Real Estate Investment Company seeking an experienced, skilled and experienced Property Caretaker to join our growing Property Maintenance Department. Join a team of maintenance professionals as we grow in Los Angeles! We are currently hiring a Property Caretaker responsible for providing support at two properties, both being located in Los Angeles.

Conduct daily inspection of properties to ensure a high level of quality, cleanliness, order and function.

Other Duties include:

• Basic Handyman duties to include: Knowledge of basic construction general repairs & painting, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall (crack repairs, replacement) & Plaster (Walls, Drywall, Ceilings), tiles, caulking and grouting.
• Care for, maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Assists Property Manager in the printing and delivery of Notices to Tenants
• Assists in the enforcement of Property grounds rules
• All classifications may perform the following essential functions under general supervision.
• Maintains turf, trees, shrubs and flower beds by mowing, edging, weeding, fertilizing, irrigating and renovating. Assists in related grounds maintenance work.
• Sweeps and cleans Parking Lot areas and facilities.
• Assists in planting, cultivating, weeding, pruning and irrigating new trees, shrubs, flower beds, turf areas, and cares for indoor plants.
• Plants, waters, and maintains ornamental plants, shrubs, hedges, and flowers.
• Removes litter and weeds from grounds
• Follows standard operating procedures to operate pickup trucks, mowers, edgers, blowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, spreaders, sprayers, and turf vacuums.
• Picks up rubbish and litter; cleans walkways, driveways, parking areas, and drainage facilities; facilities clean and orderly.
• Observation and upkeep of the parking lot to ensure everything runs smoothly and report anything out of the ordinary

At least 3 years of experience preferred but please inquire.

Landscapers and Handymen with experience encouraged to apply! There is room for growth and advancement. Compensation DOE.

-Some computer skill with Microsoft Office

-Excellent work references

-Valid CA Drivers License (preferred)

-Professional attitude and appearance

Must be on-time every day. Must be hard-working. Knowledgeable about all your duties and must be capable of working independently.
