The client is seeking a non-IT Project Manager IV to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in research and development, financial systems and product roll-out.

Job Responsibilities:
• Act as primary coordinator, responsible for tracking key UMDP stakeholders applications progress in adopting a new MISMO XML dataset
• Partner closely with other members of cross- functional project teams to define program scope
• Responsible for developing and executing the communication effort across a cross- functional project teams
• Develop, maintain and publish weekly project status reports and metrics
• Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide meaningful feedback to the team, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward
• Maintain and ensure product vision and goals are met and communicate product workflow
• Facilitate and drive conversations with various support teams and stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Skills:
• Experience using Microsoft Planner, Power BI, Power Apps or Microsoft Teams is preferred
• Prior experience managing multiple concurrent projects, deliverables and deadlines and continually changing priorities
• Demonstrated experience communicating with leadership and collaborating cross functionally to build strong relationships with different divisions
• Experience helping an organization to plan and track progress in an effort to meet strategic objectives
• Must have strong operational discipline, organizational, written and verbal communication skills and be detail orientated
• Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 8-10 years experience required
