The Project Manager is responsible for the efficient administration of one or more construction projects, and is accountable for project costs, profitability, and client relationships. The Project Manager collaborates with the Superintendent to achieve project goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise Project Engineers, and Project Administration staff as appropriate for each project.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager on complex, or specialized projects. Thorough competency of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost control techniques, and cost projection procedures. Knowledge of Vista/ViewPoint or ProCore a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and refined business judgment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Educational and experience requirements include: 4-year engineering or business degree or equivalent- related experience, plus experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management. Good understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
