What You’ll Be Doing

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical project data to develop smarter, more competitive bids
• Lead implementation and optimization of estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid)
• Standardize estimating methods and train junior team members on best practices
• Take final responsibility for bid accuracy, process improvements, and estimating team oversight

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain high-quality project standards
• Project Execution: Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and ensure alignment with project schedules
• Cost Control: Oversee takeoffs, budgeting, material procurement, and pricing of change orders
• Scheduling: Create and manage timelines while adjusting labor and resources as needed
• Subcontractor Management: Handle subcontractor buyouts, contracts, and change orders with precision
• Financial Oversight: Track job costs and conduct regular financial reviews (FAWs)
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliability
