The Project Engineering Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the successful design, planning, and execution of capital projects. Reporting directly to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, this role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The supervisor will lead the Project Engineering Department, provide technical support, and manage engineering resources to support both the Hattiesburg, MS, and Severn, NC, facilities.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives, safety standards, and operational efficiency.

· Proficiency in using computers, including spreadsheets, statistical tools, and technical software.
· Occasional travel required for site visits, project meetings, and business needs.
