Project Assistant

Project Assistant needs 1 - 3 years of administrative or program support experience, preferably implementing local, state or federal compliance programs around youth protection

Project Assistant requires:

• Hybrid
• High school diploma with relevant experience or pending associates in business, social studies or project management
• 1 - 3 years of administrative or program support experience, preferably implementing local, state or federal compliance programs around youth protection, safety accident prevention, and other insurance related risk management loss prevention programs for higher education institutions and/or municipalities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Prior experience with HRIS, background checks, verify employee info

Project Assistant duties:

• Invoice payables
• Admin support
