The Career Education Options (CEO) Program offers 16 to 21-year-olds without a high school diploma the chance to return to school for the education and job training needed for a successful career. The CEO program provides students with the needed tools to succeed in the college environment and achieve their educational goals. This program is run in coordination with King County and Shoreline’s other youth reengagement program, Learning Center North (LCN).
The CEO Program Coordinator is one of the CEO Program’s key administrative and office staff. Under the general direction of the Associate Dean of Transitional Studies and CEO/LCN Director, this position is responsible for the overall coordination and operation of the CEO Program office, including general operational processes, billing/invoicing, student data tracking and input, faculty onboarding, and other essential tasks. The CEO Program Coordinator is responsible for providing program information to potential CEO students as well as program policies, content, and procedures to staff, faculty and the public. Further, this position is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the processes and record-keeping associated with student admission, registration and retention using HP3000 and ctcLink, Skyward, and King County databases. The CEO program coordinator will also coordinate small administrative tasks from the LCN program as the College’s go-between.
