You are a consummate professional with expertise in customer service, attention to detail second to none, with a mind open to
learning and taking in new processes to make business run smooth and efficiently.
You will work closely with a veteran leader in
the insurance industry looking for a trusted right hand; become the point of contact for an established client base, assist with
enrollment of new clients joining in, use a set of programs to organize time and information such as Microsoft Office Suite, and
be a part in helping a thriving business strive even higher.
Your Skill Set means that you are
* Familiar with MS Office Suite
* Comfortable and proficient with a multi-line phone system
* An Adaptable, Thoughtful, and Creative problem solver
* Open and ready to learn new systems and procedures
* Work with Social Media Postings for Company
* Appointment setting for company overview for possible new recruits to staff our agency
* Experience with Medical Billing and Coding a plus to assist with claims issues from time to time
As a bonus
* Experienced using CRM systems
* Able to work in multiple locations including an in-home office.
