Job Title: General Production Worker/ Warehouse/ Assembly
THESE ARE CONTRACT TO HIRE OPENINGS, CANDIDATE WILL BE CONVERTED FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BASED ON ATTENDENCE AND WORK PERFORMANCE.
Straight Shift & Pay-rate:
- 2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 10:45 pm ($22/hr to $22.50/hr)
- 3rd shift: 10:30 pm - 6:45 am ($22/hr to $22.50/hr)
Job Descriptions:
- Assembly production line workers
- Perform various workstations, line assembly, or production support operations to mass-produce automobile components and/or automobiles.
- Use of hand tools and power tools required.
- Comply with and promote company practices in the areas of SQECP (Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Cost, People).
- Collaborate with Team Members, Team leaders, Group Leader, and/or other members of management to coordinate product flow.
- Interact with others to resolve quality issues; implement repair/containment procedures for repetitive quality defects; notify management and/or affected teams or departments in a timely manner as required.
Job Requirement:
- Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work day, evening, and night rotating shifts.
- Experience in a manufacturing / industrial / warehousing/ forklift/ or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, stand up to 10 hours per day.
- Read and understand written work instruction.
