Qualifications

EXPERIENCE CRITERIA

1 year of service in manufacturing or comparable (i.e. Amazon, UPS, farming/construction if it included operating heavy machinery)
 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; GED+ program available to applicants without!

Complete pre-employment weld training
 

REQUISITE SKILLS

Excellent team orientation skills. Have the ability to work in a team environment

Be willing to work all shifts with prompt and regular attendance

Be willing to work overtime

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude

Prompt and regular attendance

Safety and Quality oriented

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point)

Be mechanically inclined

Have a stable work history
 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or touch, to lift or carry.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

Normal vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to visually focus.
