Conduct daily activities to support the receiving, scheduling, production, shipping, and billing involved in the final tractor assembly process, including M/TLB series and L series roll-on-roll-off (RORO). Provide customer service to our U.S. sales organization regarding product availability, delivery, and sales order maintenance. Coordinate activities with the Manufacturing Department, U.S. sales company, and 3rd party logistics companies to support daily assembly operations.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations and the company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:
In some cases, all analysts will be trained in specific duties.
a) Physical receiving in of goods and processing receipts into EWM (not primary, but as back-up to the Receiving and Assembly Material Handling Departments).
b) Conducting audits of receiving documents and system reports to assure 100% match.
c) Coordinate the replacement of defective materials from MAIN, 960 and all other suppliers to the Assembly Line.
Conduct order maintenance and billing transactions to assure accurate, timely billing of assembled unit shipments.
