Must Have Skills:

• Participates in defining domain technical roadmaps with architecture and leadership

• Owns and drives functional scope analysis and detailed solution design documentation of the processes/systems within domain for each project assigned

• Translates business requirements into process/system impacts and functional requirements, and identify/assess potential data source.

• Leads issue resolution efforts to help Ops and QA teams

• Researches, identifies and drives improvements in application, and performance by effectively collaborating across teams and leveraging tools

• Drives collaboration with business and IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provide education on potential process and system solution options

• Creates user stories , conducts grooming and demo sessions with development team and other stakeholders

• Leads analysis and translation of business, information, and

technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs within domain

• Strong code analysis to identify the impact and triage the defects

• Knowledge desirable in Bad-debt Collections, billing system, FICO products and swagger contracts.

Good to Have Skills

• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications ability.

• Knowledge of SQL databases

• Liaise with architects to improve applications and establish

best practices
