This position is on the newly formed Customer Experience Data (Cx Data) Team. The Cx Data Team leverages our knowledge and expertise in the jobs and recruitment area to build data and content solutions that power machine learning efforts, user-facing product features, and business analytics.
The Product Manager - Content will develop content-rich experiences for job seekers, helping them to create effective resumes, cover letters and ultimately winning the job of their dreams. You will develop the roadmap for our content engine platform, and work closely with leaders across the organization to realize the product vision.
This position allows for research, content data model design, project management, and is a unique combination of product management, content management and project management. You will collaborate with data, product and content teams in all of your projects. This position will report into the VP Product and offers an opportunity to be a leader within a data-driven software company.
Drive content road-map and hold the bar high on excellence and quality for our content engine including requirements development of content and APIs to serve hyper-relevant content to users
Build relationships and collaborate with data science, platform teams and product teams to determine requirements and deliver content
Define analytics needs and consumer reports, interpreting data determine content effectiveness and drive actions
Support product road-map by defining scope and requirements for in-product content including processes for creating new types of content,
Build relationships across teams - Data Science, Platform Engineering, Product Analytics and Product Teams to understand the gaps in our current content infrastructure
Share insights that make our content more effective leading qualitative user research, driving complex quantitative analysis or improving machine-learning models.
Address MVP needs as well as robust content strategies
Familiar with content data models and structures, knowledge graphs, taxonomies, ontologies and other data relationships
Familiar with manual and automated approaches to language
Bachelors degree in a technology-related field
3+ years as a Product Manager, from prioritizing opportunities to gathering and writing requirements
3+ years building out the infrastructure, analytics, and/or data science products as Product Manager
Experience collaborating with data scientists and engineers, and forming the connective tissue between the data team and the rest of the company
Validated experience in the understanding of balancing internal stakeholder and end-customer goals and turning them into successful products
Loves to get into the detail and solving problems but can also step back and communicate the bigger picture
Independent and collaborative
Able to work across cross-functional teams and manage projects to completion
Experience with globalization - having localized content for at least one non-English location
Passion for content. You’ve developed a strong intuition for what users want and can help guide the design & development process
Masters degree in a technology-related field
