Dolphin is currently looking for a Product Management Intern to help us brainstorm, research, and prioritize new features. Successful interns will combine a data-driven understanding of what resonates with Gen Z job hunters with an in-depth understanding of the current Dolphin app.

We believe that the highest-leverage thing to do right now is to connect talented people to roles tackling major problems they care about. The Product Management Intern will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal part in helping us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities include:

• Investigating key pain points in a job hunter's process and brainstorming potential features.
• Creating mockups for potential features in collaboration with the design team.
• Conducting user research for current and potential features.
• Working with design and engineering to make sure deadlines are realistic and met.

This internship is full-time from 6/1/2020 to 8/21/2020 in NYC with possibility for remote work.
