Job Description:
The perfect job for an entry level developer with proven success at interacting with customers. You will have an interest that reaches more broadly than code and includes design, user experience, but most of all delighting customers. If you have a litte sales in you, it won't go amiss as you can help upsell those customers you're already working with.Specifically, your tasks will include:
- onboarding new customers
- training new users
- capturing feedback and preparing tickets
- prioritizing development work
- designing new features to address feedback
- simple software engineering tasks
- advising/consulting customers on new requirements/additional modules
Beyond your skill and approachable attitude, you are detail oriented, self-motivated and very organized (you don't loose track of tasks).
