  Vintage Healthcare Services- is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses for a 4-Year old girl in Berwyn IL area.
  
  Available OVERNIGHT Shifts
  
  Sunday, 9pm-7am
  
  Monday 9pm-7am
  
  Wednesday 9pm-7am and Friday 9pm-7am
  
  Please let us know your availability, we may be able to work around your schedule!
  
  
  Also in needing of a Nurse for our 21-year old female Adult patient in Skokie IL,
  Monday & Thursday Nights 11pm-7am
  Tuesdays & Fridays Days 7a-8pm
  Every other weekend Saturday and Sunday Day-shift 7a-7p
  
  Requirements
• Current Illinois LPN or RN license
   
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience -New grads are welcome! 
   
• G-tube experience required
   
• Trach experience required
   
• Current CPR certification
   
• Recent TB test or Chest X-ray
   
• Skillful, accurate and timely clinical documentation A plus 
   
• Physically fit to perform the job duties required for this position
   
• ASL a plus!
