Precision Ag Solutions Manager

Join our team in Van Wert, Ohio as a Precision Ag Solutions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical agronomic expertise, education, and guidance to the regional team and customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering our Precision Ag offerings within the region to achieve growth goals and enhance customer value.
 

Position Details:

• Interpret technical agronomic information and communicate insights to sales teams and growers.
• Handle the most technical components of Precision Ag, staying updated on annual technical advances in the field.
• Address data storage and privacy issues, understanding complex agronomic variables correlated with field attribute data.
• Utilize advanced understanding of agronomics to interpret equation output and demonstrate the value of Precision Ag to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
• Experience in Precision Ag and agronomic analysis.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of data storage and privacy regulations.
• Ability to stay updated on industry advancements and apply them effectively.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
