Plumber

T. Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is looking for a best-in-class Service Plumber in the local market to join our Plumbing Service team! Due to our expansive growth we are looking for a Licensed Service Plumber in the Cold Spring, NY area. This position works Monday through Friday with rotating weekends as needed. Our Licensed Service Plumbers are provided with take-home vehicles and technicians receive a company issued cell phone and tablet.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.

• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.

• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.

• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.

• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.

• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. time

Requirements:

• Possess basic hand tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
• Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
