Pharmacy Technician

Data Entry Pharmacy Technician(s) that know QS-1 Pharmacy Operating System .

This can be a work in the office position or a work from home position.

Job Summary:

• The entry of prescription orders into the QS-1 system adhering to specific facility protocols and timelines
• Answering calls, supporting customer inquiries, ensuring requests are addressed and documented
• Working with the Adjudication Team/Pharmacists and Data colleagues to ensure ongoing clear communication
• Internal/External top-notch customer service
• Ability to work within timelines, ability to prioritize and follow directives
• Experience with PCC/Matrix or other EHRx systems

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of pharmacy experience (working as a pharmacy tech)
• Verifiable, excellent references.
• QS-1 Pharmacy System..
• Outstanding Customer Service skills - ability to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and clear manner
• Reliability
