Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

General Description

The Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for helping maintain and
grow Alliance’s client base by servicing accounts, offering additional products, and providing excellent Customer
Service. The CSR will also assist Producers and other CSRs with servicing accounts based on the guidelines and
workflows of Alliance.

Duties & Responsibilities
 

• Managing the overall experience with Alliance’s clients
• Working together with other CSRs to maximize efficiency
• Assisting with payments
• Handling endorsement/change requests
• Helping clients with cancellation notices
• Collecting documents from insureds
• Generating referrals when possible
• Explaining policy types and coverage to insureds when requested

Job Qualifications
 

• Property & Casualty License
• Life and/or Health License is a plus
• Associates Degree or Higher is preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient on the computer and type 35+ words per minute
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented
