Position Description: Part-time Personal Chef

Performance based position for talented culinary professional.

Our culinary team cook meals in client's homes weekly, daily, dinner parties and special events. For the right individual this can be 3-6 days a week of consistent well paid work doing what you love.

Cooking Service Hours: Varies days / nights

Weekday day shift: 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm

Dinner parties and special events: 4pm - 10pm approx.

Pay Range: $25+ per hour depending on experience

Experience Required:
3+ years minimum paid in-home cooking experience.
Ability to cook a multi-meal service start to finish in clients home.
Cook several meals at once each with multiple portions, package, label and leave in the client's fridge.
Ability to food shopping for clients with specific dietary and allergy requirements.
Follow guidelines without variation.
You are comfortable in very high-end homes with pleasing demeanor and self-awareness.
Use your own creativity while following a menu and service structure.
Able to receive feedback and guidance on each meal service to improve your craft and always make clients happy.
Execute 3-5 course dinner parties, stay on track with timing, when each course comes out, proper clean up and interacting with guests.

This is a performance-based position, we love chefs who provide a high touch customer service component of their cooking. We live for making our clients happy, so should you.

If you have a thin skin or can't take constructive feedback this may not be for you.

There are no guaranteed hours or days, most of our successful chefs work 3-7 days a week because they are positive, open, available, don't complain and cook amazing food.

You must have reliable transportation, access to your own vehicle with a clean driving record.

All jobs are located in Scottsdale - local candidates only who live within 20 miles of Scottsdale will be considered.

Our interview process includes - phone and in-person interview, cook test and shadow cook day, then you can be matched with clients and booked on your own jobs.
