Personal Caregiver

Provide direct physical support as needed for typical activities of daily living
Provide social support and advocacy
Assist with meal preparation
Work with other staff towards tasks/goals set by the individual
Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment
Coordinate productive, fun community outings
Maintain documents as required, both medical and financial
Administer medications as prescribed by physician

The Community Support Brokerage is a family-centered,
community-based, supported living program in Eugene, Oregon. 

We provide a variety of flexible residential supports and service coordination to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
