Start your nursing career journey as a Personal Care Assistant at McFarland Engineering where you will provide assistance to residents with the basic activities of daily living to support an independent lifestyle within the Senior Living/Assisted Living Community. Your priority will be to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes individuals' needs and rights.   Position Highlights Assist residents with bathing, eating, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed. Inform supervisor of changes in residents' conditions and needs. Document these observations thoroughly and communicates any changes to other staff. Follows procedure for medication reminders to ensure correct day, time, and that they are being taken. Answer emergency call lights and respond appropriately. Performs dining room duties and assists with dining needs of residents. Assist residents' relatives, visitors, and guests as needed.   Why McFarland Engineering ? QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a high school diploma or graduation equivalent is preferred. Previous experience as a nursing assistant, home health aide, or homemaker/personal care homemaker is preferred. Current certificate in an accredited First Aid course and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is required. Participation in medication course is required. Company Description:

Our experience providing structural engineering services extends through all phases of projects from conceptual planning through construction administration. We are familiar with the structural standards and submittal requirements of local, state and federal entities. While we typically serve in a sub-consultant role under Architects on large projects, we can also serve as a prime consultant on structurally relevant projects, or even provide structural plan checking services where needed. We are sensitive to the timelines required on today's construction projects and have the means to meet demanding schedules.
