PC Support Technician

We are looking for hard working and knowledgeable individuals who understand empathy and are considerate to others. These individuals will be responsible for remote support and to help the customers in every phase of fixing there devices and maintain complete professionalism at all times. The right candidate must be fluent in Microsoft Office & WIndows. The right candidate should also be fluent in installing and fixing Mac OSX systems. This job will start off part time then go fulltime once the right candidate is selected. The right candidate is selected just because of a degree but rather there perseverance and attitude to be a team player. Having 5 plus years experience is a plus.
