Payroll and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist for a contract assignment.     The Specialist must have the following:

MUST HAVE:

Experience in processing ADP Payroll

Knowledge or Employee Benefits

Timeclock software experience

Payroll & Benefits Specialist

• Must have at least two years of experience processing Payrolls for Multi-Company, Multi-State & Jurisdictions from start to finish utilizing ADP Workforce Now with E-Time.
• Must have worked in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail, extreme accuracy, and required troubleshooting skills.
• Timeclock software experience is essential in entering new hires, setting schedules, accruals, etc.
• Must be able to effectively communicate employee benefits to our employees and assist employees with questions on our Benefits Plans.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of employee benefit lines of coverage. (Medical-Dental-Vision-HSA-HRA-FSA-Disability-Life)
• Two years of experience required in a benefit function.
• Ability to support our multi-Company locations in all areas of Payroll, Benefits, and On-Boarding functions.
