The Patient Service Representative is based on-site at the hospital. The representative will work closely with the patient and their family to secure government benefits, primarily Medicaid and Social Security Disability, to secure payment for care. The Patient Service Representatives work independently and as part of a team. On-site advocates will partner with patients to ensure patients understanding of all processes and assist with any questions or obtain proper documentation on all applications. Representatives will need outstanding communication skills, strong computer skills and the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
