NOW HIRING Patient Service Representatives in the Orlando, FL area.

Pay Rate: $14 per hour

Hours:

· Training 4 weeks: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

· Post Training: Monday-Friday 12:30-9pm

Job Summary:

1. Assist with Inbound and Outbound calls to Specialty Patients
2. Coordinates and processes new and refill orders
3. Verifies eligibility and prior authorization and other reimbursement requirements prior to shipment
4. Assists in enrolling and tracking the status of new patients' referrals and with initiation of therapy. May provide information and training to new customers.
5. Resolves financial and operational issues in collaboration with other pharmacy staff, admissions, & reimbursement
6. Escalates clinical questions and issues to the staff pharmacist for resolution
7. Maintains medical profiles
8. Assists with administrative and operations duties as required.
