Patient Access Representative I
BestNest Management is now seeking for an experienced Patient Access Representative I, to join our team in a prestigious hospital in Torrance, CA.
Job Duties:
The Patient Access Representative interacts with customers with sensitivity and attention to the patient population(s) served. Facilitates patient access to Medical Center and secures all patient registration information.
Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service and hospital experience registering patients using Cerner EMR software.
Must have experience with insurance verification.
Must be able to work 2 weekends per month.
Experience in healthcare, insurance or related experience required
Salary: $15.00 hourly
Shifts Available:
- Evening (8 Hours) 14:00 22:00
- Night (8 Hours) 3rd (10PM - 6:30AM).
- Day (8 Hours) (6AM -2:30PM
