A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PARTY PRO

As a Party Pro, you'll use your exceptional customer service skills to create a fun and engaging experience for our party and event guests! You understand that our guests are making memories, and you're determined to make sure they'll be great ones. Your courteous, friendly, and professional customer service plays a huge role in the success of important celebrations. Your main focus is to take care of the party group every step of the way, starting the moment they arrive. You welcome the group and help check them in. You accompany them as they participate in all of our fun ways to play, helping to keep them safe. After they've played, you'll lead them to the party room, where you'll coordinate their in-room party activities, including serving refreshments, leading in games, creating a gift list and generally attending to guest needs.

Most importantly you make sure that everyone has fun and that the birthday kid feels like the most special person in the park! You love kids and have a knack for keeping large groups of them engaged while having the confidence to appropriately correct behavior when needed. You are one of those rare people that can be both the life of the party and the rule enforcer. Your warm, positive attitude comes through in all your interactions. You are what guests remember most about Sky Zone long after the party is over. So, it's a good thing that you always leave a positive impression!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PART-TIME PARTY PRO

• 17 years or older
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Customer service experience

Do you have excellent communication skills including the ability to speak clearly and make yourself heard in a loud environment? Are you able to easily develop a good rapport with people? Are you hardworking and responsible? Do you have good time management skills? Do you enjoy working with adults and kids of all ages and backgrounds?
