Partner Specialist, LG

As a Receptionist with Insight you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greet and register visitors, and assist with sorting of checks.

What you’ll do at Insight:

• Answer all incoming calls at the console with speed and clarity
• Greet and register visitors in to the visitor registration log
• Provide assistance with ordering teammate nameplates
• Sort and deliver mail and packages
• Assist room reservations / set-ups / catering
• Manage Facilities related requests for the Eden Prairie location
• Maintain stock and order supplies as needed for the campus as well as other offsite locations
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

What you’ll need to join Insight:

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) year of receptionist experience or education experience
