Job Description:

We are looking for a part time manager. Must have experience.
Duties are over seeing 37 unit complex apartments,collection of rent,showing apartments and other duties that may be assigned.
Hours are from Monday,Wednesday,Friday from 1pm-5pm and Tuesday&Thursday from 9am-1pm.
Pay rate is 18+ depending on experience.
Must have clean background.
Must pass drug screen.
