LADACIN Network’s Schroth School is currently seeking Paraprofessionals to work with students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities. Paraprofessionals work closely with our transdisciplinary team (teachers, therapists and nurses) to meet the goals of each individual student.
Responsibilities include:

• performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, pulling, pushing),
• assisting with personal care and daily living skills,
• participating in students’ educational programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with students with disabilities in a school setting preferred.

• Full time positions immediately available (Monday – Friday)
• 12 month program

Our Mission

The mission of LADACIN Network, a nonprofit Agency, is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

The Agency focuses on enhancing the quality of life for those served and their families.  Since its founding in 1949 by a group of parents seeking therapy for their children with cerebral palsy, the Agency has brought together a network of volunteers, qualified staff, people with disabilities and their families dedicated to providing vital services. LADACIN Network now serves over 3,500 individuals and their families in 14 facilities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties in New Jersey.
