COMPANY PAINTER  FOREMAN 

Our company, is in the business of employing AI and robotics to multiply commercial painter productivity.  Our startup has developed an automated approach to tackling the manual labor shortage with a focus on decreased waste and increased quality precision.  As our product demand increases so does our need to add a capable Virtual Field Operations Specialist to the team. This position is best suited for a flexible, both detailed & action-oriented person who is self-driven and thrives in ambiguous settings.  

The Impact You'll Make in This Role:  

In this highly visible role, the Foreman will liaise between our team members and customers. In this position, you will have a direct impact on customer timeline, delivery, and satisfaction.  You will provide oversight on all customer projects and provide operational reporting to team members. To be successful in this role you will need to have a wide breadth of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, and project management.

As Our Company Foreman, you will: 

• Oversee and coordinate all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. The duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, other construction management to determine timeline.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors.
• Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.
•  Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
• Ensures compliance with applicable state and federal labor laws, including on-site safety.
• Ensures quality control of all construction projects.
• Perform weekly meetings on workplace safety every Tuesday and turn notes into the office every Friday. Walk the site daily to ensure safe work environment and practices. Note on daily reports.
• Complete Daily Field Reports and submit to Production Manager

• Experience in collaborating with remote teams across multiple time zones
• Comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic environment within a growing startup 

Wage: $20-30/hr

Work Location: On-Site

Work Hours: Availability from 6am-6pm, Monday-Saturday; Travel, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
