Pre-operation inspection of paint equipment, paint levels in tote, and read/interpret ticket to determine color paint, ensure stacks are straight (use rubber mallet if necessary), cover top door of every stack with cardboard or reject skin, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) procedures places smooth even coat of paint on edge of each door on pallet with paint spray gun, inspect quality of coverage or over spray, pushes pallets of doors on to conveyor tracks.  Return paint guns to water bucket at break times, between and after shifts. Replace filters daily and inspect equipment regularly. Notify supervisor if paint solids consistency changes.  Remove paint build up when roller tracks get covered with dry paint using scrapers.
