Packaging Clerk

The CSI Companies is actively seeking an Packaging Clerk for our Fortune 10 Healthcare client located in the Mount Prospect, IL area.  Candidates must possess an Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.

Location:  Mount Prospect, Illinois 60056

Hours: Mon- Fri 12:30 pm- 9:00 pm

Pay: $13.20 hourly

Contract: Through end of June 2020 - Eligible for extension/conversion

Details: 

The Operations Assistant may be responsible for performing cold, single, control room and bulk packing of Pharmacy orders. 

• Dispensing may also perform shipping duties depending on Business needs.

Duties:

• Package orders for shipment in accordance with guidelines.
• Perform job duties in a clean and organized manner.
• Label and ship orders based on guidelines.
• Responsible for maintaining the stock in the warehouse area.
• Responsible for restocking the packing station with shipping supplies.
• Responsible for sorting orders based on courier and class of service.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack desired.

Requirements:

• Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have IL Tech License valid and enough time before National Certification needed.
• Preferred 3-6 months work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment.
• Past experience in pharmacy a plus.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers.
• Must be able to stand the entire shift.
• Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs
