Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representatives will be expected to quote, negotiate with customers, and ultimately close deals to hit weekly sales goals.  We are looking for highly-motivated candidates who have great communication skills and closing abilities. As well as a quick-thinking, problem-resolving attitude and the ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
 

Essential Job Functions:

• Withstand exposure to outside weather conditions: humidity, rain, hot and cold temperatures.
• Stand, kneel and/or bend for a long period of time.
• Attend trade shows or meetings either to enhance his/her professional knowledge or to promote the company.

• Experience presenting information in a clear and concise manner while maintaining customer engagement

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact daily with prospective customers in an assigned residential area.
• Sell lawn and pest control services on a recurring package basis, tailored to customers’ needs.
• Generate additional revenue by asking for references and up-selling current customers.

He started the company as just a mowing only company on the weekends to make a little extra money. 7 years ago, Justin Berg was brought in as the second owner and has helped grow the company from a couple of hundred clients to over 3,000. We are now far more than just a mowing company. We have 4 main service divisions: Lawn Care, Landscape, Tree Services and Pest Control and that makes us the largest full-service provider in Fort Worth.
