Outside Plant Engineer II (Fiber Optic)

• Outside Plant Engineer with emphasis on construction project administration and coordination.
• Experience in scheduling, coordinating, managing and tracking multiple construction crews during fiber optic facility installation.
• Ability to communicate and work with city inspectors regarding pre-construction meetings, restoration requirements, etc...
• Plans and develops drawings for construction of new, and removal or rearrangement of existing, overhead or underground lines, cables, and conduits to obtain optimum and economical utilization of communications facilities.
• Designs work orders for broadband technology and conduit systems.
• Identifies and designs distribution work orders for relief and modernization of facilities.
• Analyzes designs of feeder and distribution facilities.
• 2-4 Years of experience
