Applicator

Looking for a career in the Retail Ag business?  The best way to get your foot in the door with a good company and earn the respect of the growers is to start as an Applicator.  This will be long hours in the Fall and in the Spring, but you will earn great pay with overtime hours and get to know the business and the customers.  This position often leads to bigger and better jobs down the road.  You will need a clean driving record, CDL, and Applicator License (or the ability to get them).  You will also need a strong work ethic and a farm background is preferable. 

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + Benefits
