Operations Manager
Do you have a strong Ag background and/or experience in Ag Retail and are looking to take the next step in your career into Management? We are working to fill an Operations Manager position with a full service Ag Retailer that has many advancement opportunities and is one of the fastest growing Ag companies in the United States. These type of positions don’t come open very often so we will be looking to fill this quickly.
This role requires someone with very strong mechanical aptitude and experience running self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment. The main duties will be dispatching Custom Applicators and will also be over seeing any mechanical work being done in the shop. An ideal candidate would be someone who has been working as an applicator but is looking to further their career.
This company is one we have worked with many times in the past in many different locations. Custom Service is a priority but that can only be accomplished by having quality people that work together as a team.
Salary = $60,000 - $70,000 + Benefits
