Operations Assistant

This position performs a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to support Field Operations personnel and Operations Coordinator and Manager for LinkUs Enterprises, specifically the Custom Install (CI) Team.

Pay: $22.00 to 22.50/hr DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive an initial phone call from a customer and transfer to the appropriate sales rep

• Compile and complete operations schedules
• Contacting customers for scheduling in-house service appointments
• Monitor compliance of required meetings for Field Operations personnel, track, and monitor feedback on a variety of reporting needs.
• General office duties (i.e., answering phones, faxing, copying, ordering supplies, etc.).
• Assure the accurate retention and availability of records by establishing and maintaining a filing system, both manual and electronic
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Being detail-oriented is a must.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent LinkUs Enterprises in both a positive and professional manner.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal are required.
• Organizational skills such as prioritizing and multi-tasking are also needed to handle day-to-day interruptions that occur.
• Knowledge of personal computers and software applications, which include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be flexible and attentive to details in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly developing needs and goals.
