We are seeking an Onsite Management Assistant to oversee 2 adjacent Commercial Properties (office buildings + parking structure) in the 90049 zip code.

Duties include:

In Person Tenant Interaction
Property Grounds Enforcement
Property Management Interaction + Collaboration
Perimeter checks
Oversee the Property Caretaker + Groundskeeper
Print + Deliver Tenant Notices
Receive packages + deliveries

Qualifications:

3 years experience assisting in Property Management of multiple locations
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Some MS Office + Typing ability
