Conversational AI Engineer

Job Description         

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Omnichannel Developer to join our eCommerce technology group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and supporting Omnichannel Chatbot functions, integrating with APIs, website, tagging frameworks and backend datastore, as well as experience with Intelligent Search and Search SaaS Integration.

Responsibilities:

• Build and support Omnichannel Chatbot functions
• Integrate with APIs, website, tagging frameworks and backend datastore
• Implement Intelligent Search and Search SaaS Integration
• Support consumer outreach to different channels through the integration of Search SaaS solutions
• Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to develop and maintain a seamless omnichannel experience
• Communicate technical issues to cross-functional teams and propose effective solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development and delivery
• Strong experience working with LivePerson and its APIs
• Strong experience building and supporting Omnichannel Chatbot functions
• Expertise in integrating with APIs, website, tagging frameworks and backend datastore
• Experience with API authentication flows
• Experience with Intelligent Search and Search SaaS Integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
