StaffBuffalo is actively working with one of our clients in Buffalo to hire an Office Manager, for $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and respected law firm in WNY!
This Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Buffalo office. They will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Payable, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing, in addition to managing the day to day of the firm. It is imperative that this Office Manager demonstrates excellent time management and problem resolution skills. This Office Manager will liaise with external vendors regarding scheduling, contracts, and payments. They will be expected to assist with HR and act as a liaison between the Partners and the staff. Additional duties include maintaining office supply levels, assisting with office trainings, and processing payables and vendor checks through the system. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will work closely with the marketing committee on vendor management, ad placement, and ordering promotional materials for the office. This Office Manager will be versatile and comfortable handling anything that arises around the office.
