Office Assistant

Beacon Communities is the largest breeder of Beacon in the United States. This position is located in the office of our main farm in Sussex, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Administrative Manager with Accounts Payable and matching credit card receipts.
• Processing and packing internet orders- when needed.
• Collecting expense logs and receipts from the employees and farms
• Filing and general administrative duties
• On occasion make a delivery to a local customer or cover for the delivery driver when on vacation.
• Answer telephone & forward messages.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks preferred.
• Clean driving records.
• Good organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift a box- typical weight 50 lbs.
• Neat & clean appearance.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Hours:

Monday through Friday 8 am to 2 pm.

Additional hours may be required depending on workload and time of year.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Experience:

• office assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
• relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
