Job Description:
One of the leading senior living communities in the USA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN with MDS background.
the shift is: works 8 hours shift twice a week
Pay rate $22- $24

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN would dispense meds to our senior clients living communities

Qualifications
Assist in maintaining the physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
Licensed practical nurses will administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
LPN or LVN License Required with relevant experience.
MDS background required
